goals for the next week:
drink more water, stop cheating with little things, go food shopping so i have more options, and actually stay on track..
i dont know what it is i bitch about it yet when im bored, upset, or just anything i eat, ive been really stressed so automatically i go to food especially like sweet foods.
ugh well im hoping this week is better i need more motivation but i have no idea how to..
glad i just ranted to myself, yay.
